An arm lift is the surgical removal of excess skin on the upper arm, generally following large amounts of weight loss. Skin laxity is normally seen to run from the chest sidewall all the way down to the elbow.
Breast lift surgery or Mastopexy is the reshaping of the breast following deflation and natural drooping of the breast. It is very common following weight loss. Generally the larger the breast descent the more incisions are required to reposition the tissue up onto the chest wall.

A Morel-Lavallee lesion (MLL) is a closed soft tissue degloving injury. The normal presentation is ongoing pain or a lump in the thigh or buttock after an episode of severe bruising following injury. Treatment can reduce pain and improve appearance.
Scars go through a process of change but sometimes get stuck in a phase of inflammation when surgery may help improve the appearance of a scar. Surgery however can never fully remove the presence of a scar.

Cysts are generally slow growing and noncancerous. They can be removed under local anaesthetic in an outpatient clinic.
A mole is made up of pigment producing cells which give a brown, black or flesh coloured appearance. If a mole changes colour, shape, or starts to itch or bleed it requires removal under local anaesthetic and testing.
A lipoma is a benign (non-cancerous) tumor made up of fat tissue. However there are rare forms of cancer that have a very similar presentation to lipomas. Lipomas are nearly always removable under local anaesthetic, irrespective of size.
